PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS INSECTICIDES AND HERBICIDES

Place of performance: Delivery at the Victoria Port Seychelles.

Performance Period: (6) WEEKS

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender dossiers can be obtained via email from Procurement Officer of the Agriculture Department on procurement_ad@gov.sc as from Thursday 16th May 2024, during working hours as of 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-2:30pm against payment of a non – refundable fee of SR 150/- each.

Closing to obtain Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 22nd May 2024, at 2:30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide proof of a valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. 

Submission of Tenders:                      

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT IN BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/saa-supply-of-agricultural-inputs WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE 2024. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS INSECTICIDES AND HERBICIDES” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME).  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
