The Seychelles Police invites tenders for Improvement/Upgrade of Electrical System at the Seychelles Police Headquarter Victoria.

SOURCE OF FINANCE : Government of Seychelles.

Project Title : IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT THE SEYCHELLES POLICE HEADQUARTER`S.

Eligibility :  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Certified   Electrical Contractors registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject : Improvement/Upgrade of Electrical System at the Seychelles Police, Headquarter.            

Place of Performance :  Seychelles Police, Headquarter, Victoria.

Performance Period : Five (5) Months.

Access to tender Dossier        : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Police, Headquarter, Central Police on Mahe as of Thursday 01st April, 2021 at  9.00am to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Closing date for Dossier :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 09th April, 2021 at 3.00pm.

Official Site Visit :  An official site visit has been organized for Monday 12th April, 2021 at 2:00 pm and the meeting place shall be at Seychelles Police, Headquarter.

Submission of Tenders

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, MAISON DE MAHE AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT THE SEYCHELLES POLICE HEADQUARTER`S AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON FRIDAY 23RD APRIL 2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
