TENDER FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR PUC PREMISES-PRASLIN

Eligibility: All locally registered landscaping contractors on Praslin only who can provide the service in line with PUC’s scope of work requirement.

Subject:  Bids are invited for the provisions of lawn maintenance and landscaping services on PUC premises on Praslin.

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained via email ID aghislain@puc.sc cc zfinesse@puc.scnchetty@puc.sc or hard copy from the Procurement Office at PUC’s Head Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, as from Wednesday 19th June 2024 to Friday 28th June 2024 from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs. (Seychelles time) No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-bid meeting: A compulsory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Monday 1st July 2024 at 10:00 am at PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, Meeting Room.

Site Visit: A compulsory site visit will be conducted right after the pre-bid meeting on Monday 1st July 2024.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, Public Utilities Corporation, Head Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman and submitted in sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE AND LANSDCAPING SERVICES FOR PUC PREMISES ON PRASLIN” and deposited in the tender box located at the PUC Security kiosk at the PUC’s Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 10th July 2024 at 10:30 am.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Wednesday 10th July 2024 at 10.30 am at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, Meeting Room.
