PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSION, AND MAINTENANCE OF CCTV SYSTEM FOR HEALTH CARE AGENCY

This is on the grounds of limited number of services providers meeting the following eligibility criteria:
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining camera systems.
- Must have knowledge of different types of surveillance technologies (e.g., IP cameras, CCTV).
- Must have the ability to integrate cameras with existing security systems.
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration Certificate
- Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2024
- A profile indicating the numbers of qualifications of key employees to be deployed on the project (attached CV)
- Documents showing proof of successfully completed at least 3 similar projects of each a minimum value of SR 300,000.00 in the past 5 years. Including client list and completion certificate
- Company profile (in case of company)
- Must provide Warranty and after-sales support policies.
- VAT certificate (if applicable)|
- Copy of valid License
