Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Tuesday 16th July 2024 up to Monday 22nd July, 2024 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Tuesday 23rd July, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF PRINTERS FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS” and send to The National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10:00am Seychelles Time on Wednesday 31st July, 2024

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00am on Wednesday 31st July, 2024 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
