ASSESSMENT OF LABOUR UTILISATION AND REVISION OF REMUNERATIONS

The purpose of this procurement is to assess current staffing level and to conduct a comprehensive independent review of the organization's current remuneration benefits, salary scale structure and Scheme of Service to provide guidance on budget and recruitment planning.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  1. The Guy Morel Institute
  2. The University of Seychelles

All potential participants must submit following mandatory document: along with their interests:

  1. Copy of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
  2. A copy of Valid License and CV with list of similar contracts.

In line with Regulation 77. 4. (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations,2014, Any potential bidder requiring any information on this Procurement or wishes to express interest in participating in same and meet the above eligibility criteria, may forward their application to the address below.
