SUPPLY OF 120 METRIC TONNES (MT) OF POLY ALUMINIUM CHLORIDE FOR WATER TREATMENT.

Scope: Supply of 120 Metric Tonnes (MT) of Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) for Water Treatment Coagulation Process.
The successful bidder will be required to deliver the product as per following schedule:
- First shipment of 60 MT must be delivered by March 2025
- Second shipment of 60 MT must be delivered by July 2025

or hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00 as from Monday 19th August 2024 to Friday 13th September 2024 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs.
No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.
Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/puc-supply-of-120-metric-tonnes-mt-of-poly-aluminium-chloride-for-water-treatment which can be found on the NTB’s Website.
Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of Poly Aluminium Chloride” in the subject.
Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Monday 14th October 2024 at 10:00hrs.
Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 14th October 2024 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Third Floor, Care House Building, Victoria, Mahé.
Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
