PROCUREMENT OF DATACENTER HARDWARE EQUIPMENT 2024

This is on the grounds of restricted Dell Authorized Partners for Seychelles. The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

1. Space95
2. Victoria Computer Services Pty Limited
3. Inconek
4. Core Technologies Ltd

The tender is restricted to only Local Suppliers that are registered Dell Authorized partners for Seychelles with potential Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that can supply/deliver to the requirement within a specific time frame.

All potential participants must submit following mandatory documents along with their interests:

• Authorization Letter from Dell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifying the supplier's authorization to supply Dell products.
• Technical Literature for the required items.
• List of Previous Supplies in this field over the last five years, detailing relevant contracts and successful deliveries.
• Compliance with Dell Standards: All supplies must meet or exceed Dell’s technical specifications and standards.
• Valid Computer IT Equipment Supplier License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024, issued by the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC).
