TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA.  BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
