SUPPLY OF HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE) DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED (DWC) DUCTS

Eligibility: All local and international manufacturers/ suppliers with experience in the supply of HDPE Cable Ducts and can supply the goods in line with PUC’s specifications.
Scope: Bids are invited for the supply of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Ducts suitable for power and fibre optic cables required for stock replenishment.
The successful bidder will be required to deliver all the pipes within Eight (8) weeks ex-works basis from the date of signing the contract document.

hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00 as from Monday 23rd September 2024 to Friday 11th October 2024 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs.
No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.
Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/puc-supply-of-hdpe-and-dwc-ducts which can be found on the NTB’s Website.
Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of HDPE DWC Cable Ducts” in the subject.
Deadline Date & Time:The closing date for this tender is Monday 4th November 2024 at 10:00hrs.
Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 4th November 2024 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Third Floor, CARE House, Victoria, Mahe
