Scope of Service

To provide Cleaning Services at the Victoria Bus Terminal Premises & Toilet Facilities.

Eligibility:

·        Be either fully or partly owned Seychellois

·        Have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2024 

·        Be VAT Registered (if applicable)

·        Applicable to Service Provider based on Mahe only.

·        Valid business registration Certificate

Performance Period:

Two (2) years from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the SPTC Account Section at Administration Office Victoria, as of Monday 30th September, 2024 to Friday 04th October 2024 from 0900am to 14.00hrs at a non-refundable fee of SCR200.00.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 04th October 2024 at 1400hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A MANDATORY site information meeting has been organized on

Monday 07th October 2024. The meeting shall take place SPTC Administration Office Victoria at 10:00am and follow by Site Visit

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid Business Registration and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT THE VICTORIA BUS TERMINAL PREMISES AND TOILET FACILITIES” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM ON MONDAY 28TH OCTOBER 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
