THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR CHILDREN INVITES TENDERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) 7 SEATER (MPV)

ELIGIBILITY:  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Licensed Motor   Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.  

PURPOSE: The Vehicles are to be used for office deliveries, dispatch and site visit.

PERIOD OF DELIVERY: Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the National Council for Children, Bel Eau, Mahe Seychelles as from Thursday 03^rd October, 2024 between 9.00am to 3.30pm.

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via e-mail to nccenquiries@gov.sc .

CLOSING DATE FOR OBTAINING TENDER: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 09^th October 2024 at 3.30pm                       

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/ncc-procurement-of-one-1-7-seater-mpv WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 16^TH  OCTOBER 2024. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) 7SEATER (MPV) FOR THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR CHILDREN” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. 

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED

TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
