Eligibility :   The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject: Vehicle to be used for administrative duties and site visit

Period of Delivery :  Three (3) Months from the date of confirmation

Access to tender Dossier :  The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Agency for Social Protection, Procurement Office, Ocean Gate House, Second Floor, as from Monday 14^th October 2024 between 9.00am to 12.00pm

Closing date for Dossier  :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 18^th October 2024 at 10.30am

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/asp-procurement-of-one-1-multi-purpose-vehicle-mpv WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 24^th OCTOBER 2024. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF (1) MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE (MPV)” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA.  BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
