Conditions

  • The tender is open to locally licensed and registered companies/suppliers only.
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).
  • All the above goods are to be transported to the office of the Property Management Corporation at the Oceangate House, Victoria within a period of three (3) months.
  • The successful bidder will have to ensure that delivery is made as per Delivery Schedule set by the Property Management Corporation

Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House from Monday 14th October 2024 from 9.00am to 2.30 pm upon payment of a non –refundable fee of SR150.00 each and deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 18th October 2024 not later than 2.30pm.  

No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period

Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting schedule for Monday 21st October 2024 at 10.00 am at the Property Management Corporation Conference Room 135, 1st floor Ocean Gate House, at the back of the Amusement Centre. Note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend a pre – bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00 AM ON MONDAY 04TH NOVEMBER 2024 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE
