Scope: Bids are invited for the Supply of 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63mm HDPE pipes for potable water applications. Bidders must quote for all items requested.
The successful bidder will be required to deliver all the pipes within eight (8) weeks ex-works basis from the date of signing the contract document.

hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00 as from Monday 14th October 2024 to Wednesday 25th October 2024 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 15.00hrs.
No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.
Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids in English by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/puc-hdpe-pipes-for-potable-water-applications-2 which can be found on the National Tender Board (NTB) secretariat.
Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of HDPE Pipes for Portal Water Application’’ in the subject.
Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Monday 25th November 2024 at 10:30hrs.
Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 25th November 2024 at 10:30hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria.
Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
