Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject :   SUV’s are to facilitate the bank’s transportation needs and will be used for administrative duties and site visit purposes                                             

Period of Delivery:    Within Three (3) months from the date of confirmation of award

Access to tender Dossier :  The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the DBS Reception at Independence Avenue, Victoria or via email from ja.payet@dbs.sc as from Friday 18th October 2024

Closing date for Dossier  :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 25th October 2024 at 2:30pm

Submission of Tenders         :

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/dbs-procurement-of-one-1-sport-utility-vehicle-suvWHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 04TH NOVEMBER, 2024. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SPORT UNTILITY VEHICLE (SUV) FOR THE DBS” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE. 

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
