PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT ,TONERS AND MOBILE PHONES FOR THE YEAR 2025

Eligibility:  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. The tender is open to all local and international licensed suppliers;
  2. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission (applicable for local suppliers only);
  3. VAT Registration Certificate for local suppliers;
  4. The bidders should be a registered Business/ commercial entity.
  5. Must not be debarred by any Government Organization/Departments in Seychelles.

Qualification: Bidders should have experience in supplying IT Equipment, Toners and Mobile phones to Government Organizations/ Departments or private companies in Seychelles for at least 5 years.

Period of Delivery: Eight (8) Weeks after the award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the FSA’s Procurement Unit at Sunshine Commercial Building, Providence Industrial Estate or by emailing the Procurement Unit, at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc as from Monday 23rd December,2024   between 8.30A.M to 3P.M.

The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be Wednesday 8th January, 2025 at 12.00P.M. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the FSA Procurement Unit before Tuesday 28th January 2025.                                                                                                                      

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal

https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/fsa-procurement-of-it-equipment-toners-and-mobile-phones-for-the-year-2025which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 10:00A.M Seychelles Time on Monday 3rd February, 2025.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of IT Equipment and Toners” in the email subject.  

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00A.M Seychelles Time (SCT) on Monday 3rd February, 2025 at the National Tender Board Secretariat,Attic Floor, Care House Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
