  • Ground Maintenance
  • Cleaning and maintaining of the National House Building and grounds
  • Removal of debris and litters
  • Cutting and uprooting of specific vegetation
  • Cleaning of open and covered drains
  • Removal/Clearing of snails and birds droppings and other debris
  • Up keeping of garden and potted plants

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to either fully or partly owned Seychellois with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Horticultural beautification and Landscaping.
  • Have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2024 
  • Have had no previous contract, terminated as a result of poor performance in the last three (3) Years.
  • Applicable to Service Providers based on Mahe only.

All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR)

The tender documents can be obtained from the Accounts/Administration Section, Public Service Bureau, National House as of 13 January 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 100.00. The closing date for collection of tender dossier shall be on 20 January 2025 not later than 3.00 pm.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit has been scheduled on 23 January 2025 at 10.00 am at the Public Service Bureau, National House, Mont Fleuri.Failure to attend the site information meeting / site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process. 

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR GROUND MAINTENANCE AT THE NATIONAL HOUSE” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON MONDAY 3 FEBRUARY 2025 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED MMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT10:30 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
