TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) VEHICLES FOR SBC.

The Procurement of Vehicles is divided into lots of three (3) as follows;

  • Lot 1 – One (1) Mini Van (11–12-Seater)
  • Lot 2 – One (1) SUV 4 x 4-Wheel Drive
  • Lot 3 – Two (2) SUV Two-Wheel Drive

Bidders may participate in one or all three lots and will be eligible to be awarded with one lot or all three lots.

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles.

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms: All licensed and Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in the Seychelles.

Subject: The vehicles are to be used for staff transportation and for filming crews.                                           

Period of Delivery: Three (3) Months from the date of award of the contract. 

Access to Tender Documents:  The tender documents can be obtained at the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation, Hermitage, Mont Fleuri, at the Secretariat office as from Monday 20th January 2025 from 9.00am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm or can be requested via email of patricia.banane@sbc.sc& SBCFinance@sbc.sc

Closing date for obtaining the Tender Documents:  The closing date for obtaining the tender documents is Monday27thJanuary 2025 at 3:00 pm.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.  

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sbc-procurement-of-four-4-vehicles WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM ON THURSDAY 06TH   FEBRUARY 2025. TENDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) VEHICLES FOR SBC” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. 

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BERETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
