The Pre-Qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions, can be collected free of charge, at the Central Procurement Unit, 1^st Floor, Galaxy House, Victoria, between 9 am to 3pm,Monday 24^th February 2025 to Friday 28^th February 2025

Completed Pre-qualification documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and be deposited in the Tender Box at:

so as to be received on or before Tuesday 18^th March 2025 at 10:00am.

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the Board Room, at the Central Procurement Unit, 1^st Floor, Galaxy House, Victoria in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bidding Documents for the “Supply of Lap-tops and Desk-tops for Government Ministries and Departments”, will be subsequently issued to the short-listed Applicants only.
