PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF STATIONERY ITEMS

The Tender has been divided into five (5) Lots. Bidders may participate in all five (5) Lots and will be eligible to be awarded with more than one Lot.

Lot 2 – Paint

Lot 3 – Envelops

Lot 4 – Files

Lot 5 – Miscellaneous

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to locally All licensed and registered business /suppliers only.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 3 months from Date of Award.
  • Literature and details to give a clear description of items quoted for in their bids.
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SCR).

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Friday 7th March 2025 to Thursday 13th March, 2025 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF STATIONERY ITEMS” and send to The National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria before closing at 10:30am on Wednesday 2nd April, 2025

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30am on Wednesday 2nd April, 2025 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Friday 14th March 2025 at 10.00am in the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
