PROCUREMENT OF (1) ONE 15 SEATER VAN

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject  : Vehicle is to be used for the council’s youth activities and daily operations.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at Seychelles National Youth Council, 4^th Floor, Ex Sacos Tower, Palm Street, Victoria, from Monday 10th March 2025 between 9.00am to 2.30pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 14^th March 2025 at 2.30pm

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders :

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/snyc-procurement-of-1-one-15-seater-van, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 24^th MARCH 2025.  THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE 15 SEATER VAN FOR THE SEYCHELLES NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. 

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
