THE SEYCHELLES PLANNING AUTHORITY INVITES TENDERS TO BID FOR “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SUV”

Eligibility :  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject : Vehicle to be used for site visits by the Technical team

Period of Delivery :  Three (3) Months from the date of confirmation

Access to tender Dossier :  The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Planning Authority,

Independence House, Annex Building, 1st Floor or via e-mail from magali.jumaille@mlh.gov.sc  as from Wednesday 19th March 2025 to Tuesday 25th March 2025  between 9.00am to 3.00pm.  

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline. 

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/planning-authority-procurement-of-one-1-suv  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 3rd  APRIL 2025. THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SUV” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA.  BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
