TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) TRAILER BOOM LIFT.

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

  1. Tender is open to Local and International Suppliers with a Valid license
  2. A Copy of Valid Business Registration Certificate
  3. A Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2025 (Applicable for Local Suppliers only)

Period of Delivery: Three (3) months after the award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the Seychelles Ports Authority, Procurement Department or by email: procurement@seyport.sc cc lmatombe@seyport.sc/cmoncherry@seyport.sc  New Port, Victoria as of Wednesday 19th March .2025 from9:00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and 1.00pm to 3:00 p.m.

 The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be to Wednesday 26th March 2025 at 3.00 p.m.

Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the Procurement Department before Friday 02nd May 2025.

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portalhttps://www.ntb.sc/tenders/spa-tender-for-the-procurement-of-one-1-trailer-boom-lift  . which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 11:00 a.m. Seychelles Time on Wednesday 14th May 2025.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00A.M on Wednesday 14th May 2025 at the National Tender Board Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria.

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
