PROVISION OF GROUND CLEANING SERVICE AT THE PMC HOUSING ESTATES

The Property Management Corporation (PMC) invites applications from eligible contractors for purposes of prequalifying contractors for the “PROVISION OF GROUND CLEANING SERVICE AT THE PMC HOUSING ESTATES”.

The Pre-Qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions, can be collected free of charge, at the Procurement Unit Room 135, Ocean Gate House (at the back of Amusement Centre) Victoria, between 9 am to 3pm, from Wednesday 19^th March 2025 to Tuesday 25^th March 2025.

Completed Pre-qualification documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and be deposited in the Tender Box at:

so as to be received on or before Monday 07^th April 2025 at 10:00am.

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the PMC’s Board Room, Room 135, Ocean Gate House in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bidding Documents for the “PROVISION OF GROUND CLEANING SERVICE AT THE PMC HOUSING ESTATES” will be subsequently issued to the short-listed Applicants only.
