PROCUREMENT OF STANDBY GENERATORS

This method is being adopted due to the restricted availability of qualified sources capable of supplying the required generators in compliance with PUC’s technical specifications and quality standards.

Shortlisted Bidders:

The following pre-identified bidders have been selected based on their proven capability to meet PUC’s requirements:

  • Precision Industries LLC
  • Cummins C&G Holdings
  • Engginium International FZC

Eligibility Criteria:

This tender is strictly restricted to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized distributors capable of supplying and delivering genuine, high-quality standby generators in accordance with PUC’s technical specifications.

Interested parties that are not on the pre-selected list but meet the eligibility criteria may express their interest by submitting the following mandatory documentation:

  1. Proof of past supply experience – References of similar deliveries made within the past five (5) years.
  2. Authorization letter from the OEM – Verifying the bidder’s status as an official distributor or representative.

Submission of Interest & Further Information:

Potential bidders who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to participate in this procurement must submit their expression of interest (EOI) via email to the Procurement Department of PUC, located at Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, Mahé, Seychelles.

Deadline for submission of interest should be done no later than Wednesday 17th April 2025.
