Project Title:  Procurement of Vehicles

Eligibility :  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Valid Licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.                                  

Period of Delivery  :  Within six (6) months from the date of confirmation of award

Access to tender Dossier: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained at theSeychelles Airports Authority at the Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence Industrial Zone, Mahe or it can be requested via email procurement@saa.sc as of Friday 9th May to Thursday 15th May 2025 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/saa-procurement-of-vehicles WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN10:00AM ON MONDAY 26TH MAY 2025.THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR SAA” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM ON MONDAY 26TH MAY 2025 ATTHENATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
