TENDER FOR STAFF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Scope of Service
The scope shall entail the following:
- Provision of staff transport service for Pick-up and Drop-off of SAA staff on an agreed schedule and when necessary, provide other additional hired transportation service.
Qualification Criteria:
- Applicants must have a valid omnibus transfer licence.
- Applicant must demonstrate financial stability and source to sustain the operation.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering staff transport services for corporate companies.
Access to Tender Document
Tender documents can be purchased as from Monday 26th May 2025 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Procurement Office, Seychelles Airports Authority, First Floor, Sunshine House, Providence Industrial Zone against a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00. The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 30th May 2025 at 3:00pm.
Pre-Tender Meeting
A mandatory Pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 4th June 2025 1:30pm. The meeting place shall be at the SAA Head Office, Board Room at Seychelles International Airport.
Submission of Tenders
Completed Tender Documents should be marked “Tender for Staff Transportation Services” and must be delivered in a plain sealed envelope addressed to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House,Victorianot later thanTuesday 17th June 2025 at 10:00am.
Tender Opening
Tenders will be opened immediately after closing on Tuesday 17th June 2025 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria.
