Conditions

  • The tender is opened to all locally licensed and registered business /suppliers only.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 3 months from Date of Award.
  • Literature and details to give a clear description of items quoted for in their bids.
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SCR).

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Wednesday 28th May 2025 to Tuesday 3rd June 2025 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SCR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on Wednesday 4th June 2025 at 10.00am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF FURNITURE (COLOURED BENCHES)” and delivered to The National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria before closing at 10:30am on Monday 16th June 2025

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30am on Monday 16th June 2025 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
