PROVISION FOR GROUND CLEANING SERVICES AT BEAU VALLON EX REGATTA SITE

The Enterprise Seychelles Agency is inviting tenders for the following within the precincts of the Beau Vallon redevelopment project:

  • Daily cleaning and general maintenance of walkways and open public spaces within the Village
  • Cleaning and upkeep of landscaped areas and beachfront zones within the Village
  • Regular cleaning outside the vendor kiosks
  • Cleaning and sanitization of public and tenant toilets
  • General upkeep of any other designated operational zones within the Village

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to Seychellois owned registered commercial entity having a minimum 3 years’ experience in Cleaning and landscaping services.
  • Proven capacity to manage high-traffic public areas
  • Have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2025 
  • Have had no previous contract, terminated as a result of poor performance in the last three (3) Years.
  • Applicable to Service Providers based on Mahe only.

All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR)

The tender documents can be obtained from the reception, Enterprise Seychelles Agency, First Floor, Camion Hall, Victoria as of Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 08:30am until 02:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 100.00. The closing date for collection of the tender dossier shall be on Friday 20th June 2025 not later than 10.30 am.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit has been scheduled on Monday 23rd June 2025 at 09.30 am at the Ex-Regatta Site, Beau Vallon.Failure to attend the site information meeting / site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “PROVISION FOR GROUND CLEANING SERVICES AT BEAU VALLON EX REGATTA SITE” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON FRIDAY 11TH JULY 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED MMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
