PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR SERVICING & MAINTENANCE OF PRINTERS.

The Fair Trading Commission (FTC) invites sealed applications from eligible Service Providers for the Servicing & Maintenance of Printers.

The Pre-Qualification documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions can be collected free of charge at the Fair Trading Commission, Unity House, Block B, 3rd Floor, Victoria, Mahe between 9:00am to 3:00pm as from Wednesday 11^th June 2025.

Last date of collection: Friday 20^th June 2025 at 3:00pm.

Completed Pre-qualification documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the title “Servicing & Maintenance of Printers” and deposited at:

Fair Trading Commission

Block B, Third Floor, Unity House,

Victoria

on or before Monday30^th June 2025 at 12 noon.

Applications will be opened immediately after the deadline in the FTC’s Board Room, at the address deposited, in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualifications criteria shall be shortlisted.

Bidding Documents for the “Servicing and Maintenance of Printers”, will be subsequently issued to the short-listed Applicants only.
