PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) FOUR WHEEL DRIVE (4X4) DOUBLE CAB VEHICLE

Eligibility The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject Vehicle is to be used for site visits by the Technical Teams.                                              

Period of Delivery Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier The tender dossiers can be obtained at the Reception, Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority, 1^stFloor, Azores Building, Ile du Port as from Thursday 12^th June 2025 between 9.00am to 2.30pm. Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via e-mail at s.dufrene@gov.sc

Closing date for Dossier The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 20^th June 2025 at 2.30pm

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/spga-procurement-of-one-1-four-wheel-drive-4x4-double-cab-vehicle WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NO LATER THAN 11:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 1^ST JULY 2025. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) FOUR WHEEL DRIVE (4X4) DOUBLE CAB VEHICLE” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
