Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject : Vehicle is to be used for SBS Daily Operations.                                             

Period of Delivery : 3 Months from the date of Contract Signature

Access to tender Dossier :The tender Dossiers can be obtained at Seychelles Bureau of Standards, Providence as from Monday 23^rd June 2025

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via E- Mail to sbsorg@seychelles.net

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is on Friday 27^th June 2025

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period   

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sbs-the-procurement-of-1-one-twin-cab-pick-up  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 14^th JULY 2025.THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) TWIN CAB PICK-UP” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
