The Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) invites tenders for the Procurement of Two (2) Economic vehicles

SOURCE OF FINANCE : Government budget

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject : Vehicle to be used for administrative and transportation of staff.                                 

Period of Delivery  : Three (3) Months

Access to tender Dossier  : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency, Independence House, Second Floor, Procurement Office as from Tuesday 24^th June 2025 between 9.00am to 12.00pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 01^st July 2025 at 12.00pm

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL,    https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sia-procurement-of-two-2-economic-vehicles

 WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 17^TH JULY 2025. THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) ECONOMIC VEHICLES” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 17^TH JULY 2025 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL

BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
