Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.
Subject : The purpose of the vehicle is to facilitate the bank’s transportation needs and will be used for administrative duties and site visit purposes.
Period of Delivery : Within Three (3) Months from the date of confirmation
Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the DBS Reception at Independence Avenue, Victoria or via email from ja.payet@dbs.sc as from Tuesday 1st July 2025
Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is 11:00am on Monday 7th July 2025

THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) HYBRID SUV FOR THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF SEYCHELLES” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
