ACQUISITION OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

The Ministry of Education is inviting for bids from local suppliers for the: Acquisition of Educational Resources.

The Tender has been divided into five (3) Lots. Bidders may participate in all three (3) Lots and will be eligible to be awarded with one or more Lots.

Lot 1 – Resources for Play Corner (1)

Lot 2 – Manipulative Resources

Lot 3 – Resources for Play Corner (2)

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to locally All licensed and registered business /suppliers only.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 3 months from Date of Award.
  • Literature and details to give a clear description of items quoted for in their bids.
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SCR).

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Friday 04th July 2025 to Thursday 10th July, 2025 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. 

The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “ACQUISITION OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES” and deposited in the tender box located at The National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria before 10:00am on Monday 28th July, 2025

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00am on Monday 28th July at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Friday 11th July 2025 at 10.00am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
