The Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) invites tenders for the Procurement of Two (2) Smart Hybrid SUV Vehicles

SOURCE OF FINANCE   : SFA Budget

Eligibility : All licensed And Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject : The vehicle will be used by SFA to support operational activities.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of award of the contract.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender dossiers can be obtained at SFA Headquarters, Victoria Fishing Port, Mahe from Monday 14th July 2025 from 9 am to 12 pm & 1 pm to 3 pm               

Closing date for Dossier    : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 18th July 2025 at 3 pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline

Note: The tender dossier is available for free for all interested bidders.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sfa-procurement-of-two-2-smart-hybrid-suv-vehiclesWHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 04TH AUGUST 2025. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF TWO SMART HYBRID SUV VEHICLES” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THENATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES.  BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
