  • VAT registered companies only,
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).

Contract Duration – Three (3) Year

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC), Cashier’s Office, Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House, Victoria from Wednesday 16th July 2025 as from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non–refundable fee of SCR150.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the tender dossier shall be on Tuesday 22nd July 2025 not later than 2.30pm.

Potential bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase

 

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 23rd July 2025 at 1.30p.m. The meeting point shall be at the Car park of the Maison Royale (Ex CSB Building) before the UNISEY Entrance, Anse Royale. Any clarification regarding the site visit kindly contacts the Procurement Supervisor on 2723277 before the date and time of visit.

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT THE MAISON ROYALE (EX CSB BUILDING ANSE ROYALE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 11:00AM ON Tuesday 5th August 2025. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID (S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
