TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF ACCESSORIES AND FITTINGS FOR THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS SEWAGE SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS, FRP COVERS, PORTABLE AND NORMAL FLOW METER AND LEVEL CONTROL FLOAT SWITCH.

The Property Management Corporation (PMC) is inviting all interested parties to participate in the Tender for the supply of accessories and fittings for the Sewage Treatment Plants Sewage Submersible Pumps, FRP Covers, portable flow meter and level Control Float Switch.

Eligibility:  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

• The tender is opened to all local and international licensed suppliers.
• A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2025 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission (applicable for local suppliers only);
• VAT Registration Certificate for local suppliers;
• The bidders should be a registered Business/ commercial entity.
• Authorised resellers certificate.

Period of Delivery:  Three (3) Months

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender documents can be obtained via email from Ms Maryl Quatre or Ms Hilary   Dogley of Property Management Corporation, Oceangate House, Room 137, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles or via email  meryl.quatre@pmc.sc and as from Friday 25^th July 2025 to Thursday 31^st July 2025 at 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

The closing date for accessing the tender documents shall be Thursday 31^st July 2025 at 2.30 pm. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to Mr Nathan Aglae, Supervisor Sewage Unit on nathan.aglae@pmc.sc before Wednesday 06^th August 2025.

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/pmc-tender-for-the-supply-of-accessories-and-fittings-for-the-sewage-treatment-plants-sewage-submersible-pumps-frp-covers-portable-flow-meter-and-level-control-float-switch which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than 10:00am Seychelles TIME on Monday 22^nd September 2025. The bidders are requested to clearly state the project title “Tender for the supply of accessories and fittings for the Sewage Treatment Plants Sewage Submersible Pumps, FRP Covers, portable flow meter and level Control Float Switch” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened after closing at 10:00A.M Seychelles Time (SCT) on Monday 22^nd September 2025. At the National Tender Board Secretariat , Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria  

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
