PROCUREMENT FOR A DATABASE SYSTEM

The Enterprise Seychelles Agency is inviting sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Local suitably qualified and experienced Consultancy Firms/individuals/consultants/Service provider for the “EOI- Database System for ESA”. The EOI is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above mentioned Service from short-listed applicants.  

The Expression of Interest (“EOI”) document contains the following;

(i)         Background and Objective

(ii)        Terms of Reference (“TOR”)

(iii)       Submission Requirement

(iv)       Qualification Criteria

(v)        Instruction to Bidder

The EOI document can be obtained via email or be collected from the Office of Enterprise Seychelles Agency (ESA) at the address specified below as from Wednesday 30^th July, 2025 until Tuesday 05^th September 2025 as from 09:00am to 12:00pm and 01:00pm until 03:30pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to request or collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI. All requests and enquiries should be addressed to:

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the short listed applicants only.

The eligible applicants must submit their response and clearly state the Project title “Database System for ESA” in a sealed envelope must be physically submitted to the office of the Enterprise Seychelles Agency, 1st Floor, Camion Hall no later than Monday 18^th September 2025 at 10:00am
