TENDER FOR THE RENTAL AND REMOVAL OF SKIPS SERVICES ON MAHÉ

Eligibility: All locally registered waste collection operators who can provide the service in line with PUC’s scope of work within the specific time frame.

Subject: Invitation to Submit Bids for the Rental and Removal of Skips Services on Various Premises on Mahé for the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC)

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 or it can be obtained by e-mailing blista@puc.sc Cc: nchetty@puc.sc and zfinesse@puc.sc as from Monday 04^th August 2025 – Friday 08^th August 2025 from 8:30am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm. No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 14^th August 2025 at 09:30am at PUC Maison De Malavois, Bois de Rose.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked "TENDER FOR RENTAL AND REMOVAL OF SKIPS SERVICES" and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 01^st September 2025 at 10:30am (Seychelles Time).

Opening of Tender:Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 01^st September 2025 at 10:30am(Seychelles Time) at the National Tender Board, Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahe.
