The Seychelles Airports Authority invites bidders to bid for the “Provision of Interior Horticultural Beautification Services at the Seychelles International Airport”

Eligibility: | The tender is open for locally registered and certified Beautification and Horticulturist which is a Seychellois owned entity that has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in beautification and landscaping horticulture at large establishments and proof of a nursery. |
Place of Performance: | Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue. |
Duration Period: | The contract shall be on the basis of fixed rates for a period of Two (2) Years. |
Access to Tender Dossier: | The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SAA Head office, Sunshine House at Providence Industrial Zone, Mahe as of Friday 22nd August 2025 to Thursday 28th August 2025 between 9:00am to 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500/- each. |

Pre-Tender Site Visit: | A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Friday 29th August 2025 at 10:30am. The meeting place shall be at the Information desk at the Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue.
Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage. |
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROVISION OF INTERIOR HORTICULTURAL BEAUTIFICATION SERVICES AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM ON MONDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
