Project Title : Tender for the Procurement of One (1) Mini Bus Vehicle.
Eligibility : All licensed And Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.
Subject : The vehicles will be used by SQA, for staff transportation and dispatch.
Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of award of the contract.
Access to tender Dossier : The tender dossiers can be obtained at SQA Headquarters, Ebrahim Building, Victoria from Monday 25th August 2025 from 9am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm
Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 29TH August 2025 at 3pm. No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline

Submission of Tenders:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-one-1-mini-bus WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1130HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 08TH SEPTEMBER 2025. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI BUS VEHICLE” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT
TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1130HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THENATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
