SUPPLY OF 151 METRIC TONNES (MT) OF CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR WATER TREATMENT.

Eligibility: All local and international manufacturers / suppliers.

Scope: Supply of 151 Metric Tonnes (MT) of Calcium Hypochlorite for use in water treatment. The supply shall be executed in three shipments throughout the year 2026, in reefer containers.

The successful bidder will be required to deliver the product as per following schedule:

  • First shipment of 50.40 MT must be delivered by February 2025
  • Second shipment of 50.40 MT must be delivered by June 2025
  • Third shipment of 50.40 MT must be delivered by October 2025

Collection of tender: Soft copy of the Tender dossier can be obtained for free of charge via email to  nchetty@puc.sc cc: blista@puc.sc and zfinesse@puc.sc or hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00 as from Wednesday 17th September 2025 to Tuesday 30th September 2025 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs.

No bidding documents shall be made available before and after the above specified period.                                                    

Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/puc-supply-of-calcium-hypochlorite which can be found on the NTB’s Website.

Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of Calcium Hypochlorite” in the subject.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 10:30hrs Seychelles Time.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 10:30hrs Seychelles Time at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, CARE House, Victoria, Mahé. Seychelles

The PUC reserves the right not to accept the lowest bid if it compromises quality, delivery and any other risk factors
