The Seychelles Fisheries Authority is inviting local and Southern Africa Development (SADC) Microsoft registered and licensed service providers to participate in the tender for the Procurement of Licenses for Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium & Exchange Online (Plan 1).

Eligibility:

  • The tender is open to local and regional (SADC), Microsoft registered and licensed service providers;
  • The service providers should be registered partners or distributors for Microsoft Products.
  • The service providers should have experience in supplying Microsoft products to Government Organisations/Departments or private companies in Seychelles for more than Five (5) years.

Period of Renewal : Before the 28th October 2025 (Renewal Date)

Access to Tender Documents:

Interested bidders are informed that the bidding document shall be made available as of Monday 29th September 2025 to Friday 03rd October 2025 from 09:00am to 03:00pm at a non-refundable fee of SR150.00. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Bidders should attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday 06th October 2025 at 10:00 am at the SFA’s Headquarters Meeting Room and via zoom meeting. Please note that all interested bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sfa-procurement-of-licenses-for-microsoft-office-365-business-premium-exchange-online-plan-1which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 11:00 am Seychelles Time on Tuesday 14th October 2025.  The bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of Licenses For Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium & Exchange Online” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00 am on Tuesday 14th October 2025 at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Care House, Victoria. Bidders or representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
