TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF FROZEN FISH

Terms and Condition:

-         7600 kilograms of fish per month.

-         Fish should be varied like Karangue, Galate, Tuna, Job, Varvara, King Fish, and Captain Blanc.

-         Deliveries should be made to the Montagne Posee Prison twice every week, well stored in a Refrigerated Van Tuesday and Thursdays preferably in the morning from 09:00am to 12:00 noon

-         The Fish will be weighted at the Montagne Posee Prison and the quantity supplied on that day should be agreed upon by both parties by signing Delivery and Goods Received Notes.

-         The fish should be gutted before delivery.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtained at the Seychelles Prison Service Office at the Oliaji Trade Centre, Room 202 as of Friday 03rd October 2025 to Thursday 09th October 2025 from 9am to 3pm, upon payment of non-refundable fee of SR150.

No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Bidders should attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Friday 10th October 2025 at 10:00am the Seychelles Prison Service Meeting Room Mt Posee Prison. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF FROZEN FISH’’ AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, BEFORE CLOSING AT 10.00 A.M SEYCHELLES TIME ON MONDAY 20th OCTOBER 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.  ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
