The Seychelles Prison Service invites tenders for the PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV) FOR SEYCHELLES PRISON SERVICE. 

Source of Finance : Government of Seychelles

Project Title  : Procurement of One (1) Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)       

Eligibility   : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier : The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from  Seychelles Prison Service Room 202 Oliaji Trade Centre Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles as from Monday 06th October 2025 from 9.00am to 3.00pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 10th October 2025 at 3:00 pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL: “https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/prison-procurement-of-one-1-sport-utility-vehicle-suv-for-seychelles-prison-service”. WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 23RD OCTOBER 2025. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) 5-SEATER SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV) FOR SEYCHELLES PRISON SERVICE”,

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING ON THURSDAY 23rd OCTOBER 2025 AT 11.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES.  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
