PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SERVICES PROVIDERS FOR “THE SERVICING & MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITION UNITS”.

The Central Procurement Unit (CPU) invites sealed applications from eligible Service Providers for purposes of pre-qualifying suppliers for the “Servicing & Maintenance of Air Condition Units”.

The Pre-Qualification Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, can be collected, free of charge, at the Central Procurement Unit, 1^st Floor, Galaxy House, Victoria, between 9am to 3pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Last day of collection is Friday 10^th October  2025.

Applications for pre-qualification, shall be submitted, in plain sealed envelopes and be deposited in the Tender Box at:

The Central Procurement Unit Office

1^st Floor,

 Galaxy House,

Victoria

on or before Wednesday 22^nd October 2025at 10:00am .

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the Board Room, at the Central Procurement Unit, 1^st Floor, Galaxy House, Victoria in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted.

Within 45 days after the completion of the Pre-qualification process, the Tender Documents for the “Servicing & Maintenance of Air Condition Units” will be issued to the short-listed applicants.
