The Health Care Agency (HCA) invites tenders for the Procurement of Pest Control Services at the Health Care Agency’s Premises.

Source of Finance :  Health Care Agency Budget

Eligibility : All licensed and locally registered Pest Control Service Providers

Conditions:

  • This invitation is open to all citizen of Seychelles and should be 100% Seychellois owned entity.
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SCR).
  • Tender is divided into Two (2) Lots and bidders are eligible to bid for one or both lots
  • Only one Lot will be awarded per bidder

Period of Delivery : January 2026 Two (2) Years Contract

Access to tender Dossier :  The tender dossiers can be purchased at the Procurement Unit, CMS Building, Seychelles Hospital, Mont Fleuri, Mahe as of Friday 10th October 2025 to Friday 17th October 2025 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs at a non-refundable fee of SCR 200.00.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Mandatory pre-bid meetings / site visits has been scheduled as per details below:

  • The Pre-bid meeting has scheduled on Monday 20th October 2025 at 1030hrs (Seychelles Time) at the Health Care Agency’s Procurement Unit, Central Medical Store Building, Seychelles Hospital, Mont Fleuri.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT THE HEALTH CARE AGENCY’S PREMISES” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 30TH OCTOBER 2025.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA.  BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
