The Family Department invites tenders for the Procurement of (1) One Double Cab Pick-up

Eligibility : All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are    eligible to tender on equal terms.

Purpose  : Vehicle is to be used for Family Department Daily Operations.

Period of Delivery :  Three (3) Months from the date of award of the contract.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Family Department, 1st Floor, Oliaji Building as from Wednesday 15th October 2025 between 9.00am to noon.  

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossier can be obtained via email from mukaarim@gov.sc / HRofficerfamilydept@gov.sc                                                   

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 21st October 2025 at 12:00 pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline. 

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/fam-procurement-of-one-1-double-cab-pick-up, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 30th OCTOBER 2025. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) DOUBLE CAB PICK-UP FOR THE FAMILY DEPARTMENT” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, ARTIC FLOOR CARE HOUSE GORDON SQUARE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
